Domain Lab.
Inspect the search footprint of a domain as a system — ranking distribution, estimated organic traffic, ranked keywords, relevant pages, competitors and movement signals.
Search footprint.Rendered as evidence.
Domain Lab combines ranking distribution, keyword, page and competitor observations into one bounded research state. A new analysis is assembled on demand while every source observation retains its own update context.

One target. Four analytical datasets.
Domain Lab treats ranking distribution, keywords, pages and competitors as separate observations before combining them into a reusable domain profile.
Four evidence modules. One domain intelligence layer.
Each module observes a different part of the domain’s search footprint. TAO aligns the returned records, preserves their scope and assembles only the evidence required for the domain profile.
RANK DISTRIBUTION → ESTIMATED VISIBILITYMeasures the observable organic footprint across ranking ranges and estimated traffic.
QUERY → POSITION → DEMAND → LANDING PAGEConnects each returned query with its position, demand, result state and ranking URL.
PAGE → RANKING SET → ESTIMATED TRAFFICMeasures which URLs carry the domain’s visible search footprint and how that footprint is distributed.
DOMAIN → SHARED QUERIES → POSITION OVERLAPIdentifies domains occupying intersecting query territory and compares their observable positions.
On-demand capture does not mean every source observation updates continuously.
Domain Lab records the capture time separately from the update time attached to the source observations. Ranking evidence may follow a periodic update cycle. Estimated traffic and TAO-derived diagnostics remain analytical values, not Google internal scores or ranking factors.
Twelve laboratories.One research system.
SERP Lab
Capture live search environments and analyze organic rankings, SERP features, AI Overviews, citation sources, People Also Ask and related query expansion.
Domain Lab
Analyze domain-level organic visibility, ranking distribution, top pages, competing domains and observable search footprint.
Keyword Lab
Investigate keyword metrics, related terms, ranking domains, query expansion and competitive search environments.
Competitor Lab
Compare domains through shared keywords, ranking intersections, competing pages and discoverable areas of overlap.
AI Visibility Lab
Observe AI Overview presence, cited URLs, source recurrence, citation overlap and visibility changes across repeated captures.
Entity Lab
Examine entity mentions, contextual relationships, semantic proximity and coverage across pages and query environments.
Search Intent Lab
Compare query language with observable result composition to diagnose informational, commercial, navigational and mixed intent.
Internal Linking Lab
Model internal link graphs, crawl depth, orphan patterns, anchor distribution and structural concentration.
Topical Map Lab
Model parent subjects, supporting topics, semantic neighborhoods and coverage architecture.
Content Gap Lab
Compare competing search footprints to identify missing subjects, absent queries and structurally underserved areas.
Backlink Lab
Examine referring domains, citation relationships, source diversity and externally observable link structure.
Retrieval Lab
Investigate how information is structured, retrieved, surfaced and cited across search and AI-assisted environments.
