Sell Digital Assets.
Present the full asset — not just the address. List developed websites, publications, directories, marketplaces, lead-generation systems, knowledge platforms, software and other operating digital properties for direct acquisition.
Not every domain is a marketplace asset.
TopicalAuthority.org is designed for developed digital properties with defensible economic value — not an open board for newly registered or parked domains. As a working marketplace threshold, the asset should support an assessed value of at least $5,000. That can be a developed website worth $5,000+, or a premium domain carrying $5,000+ of defensible value when it is presented as part of a real developed property. Meeting the threshold establishes basic fit only; verification and marketplace approval remain mandatory.
What qualifies?
The marketplace evaluates the asset stack, not merely whether a domain resolves. A functioning landing page can be enough development when the underlying premium domain itself carries substantial defensible value. At the other end of the spectrum, a mature website may justify the threshold through content, search visibility, audience, data, technology, revenue, brand and operating history.
A parked domain, placeholder page or thin site does not become marketplace-grade simply because an asking price of $5,000 is entered. The threshold refers to supportable asset value, not seller aspiration. Submission does not guarantee publication.
This is a quality threshold for the property entering the marketplace — not a minimum asking price that automatically creates eligibility. TopicalAuthority.org looks for a supportable combination of domain value, built value and belonging assets.
Premium domain + real landing
A premium domain with supportable standalone value above $5,000 can be considered when it also has a genuine developed landing/property that establishes identity, purpose and a transferable digital asset.
- Premium underlying domain
- Defensible $5,000+ asset value
- Real developed landing or larger property
- Defined seller control and transfer scope
Parked or speculative domain
A newly registered, low-value or parked domain with a placeholder page does not qualify simply because the seller assigns a $5,000 asking price. There must be defensible value and a real digital property behind the submission.
- Parking page only
- Arbitrary asking price
- No developed property
- No supportable asset stack
What can be listed?
Different asset classes require different evidence. A publication is not analyzed like SaaS; a lead-generation site is not analyzed like a directory. The marketplace keeps the asset class visible while preserving the deeper intelligence behind it.

BRANDSell the stack.
A strong listing decomposes the asset into observable layers. Buyers should be able to see where value has accumulated and which parts of that value are actually included in the transaction.
We value what exists.
A mature digital property may contain accumulated value across identity, content, search, audience, data, technology, commercial systems, history and intellectual property. The listing should make those layers legible rather than hiding them behind one asking price.
Sell the whole asset stack.
A digital asset can contain far more economic value than its domain name. The transfer package may combine domain value, the developed web property, search visibility, audience, revenue-producing systems, proprietary content and data, plus belonging digital properties such as social profiles, newsletters and other transferable channels.

No verification. No listing.
TopicalAuthority.org is not an open classifieds board. Every digital asset published in the Marketplace must pass the required verification process before the listing becomes public. Submission alone never creates marketplace eligibility.
Verified before listed.
The verification layer is designed to establish that a real digital property exists, that the seller or authorized party can substantiate control, that the proposed transfer package is defined, and that material marketplace claims carry an explicit evidence state.
Verification establishes marketplace eligibility. It is not a guarantee of future revenue, traffic, legal status or investment performance and does not replace independent buyer due diligence.
Certification, payment or submission does not by itself guarantee marketplace publication. The asset must satisfy the applicable eligibility, verification and listing requirements.
Pay for certification. Not for success.
The commercial model is fixed-fee infrastructure rather than a percentage of your exit. Certification establishes the asset record. Eligible certified assets can enter the Marketplace path. TopicalAuthority.org does not take a success commission from the agreed sale price.
Certification
Entry point for the certification process and structured digital-asset record.
- Digital asset certification path
- Structured asset record
- Evidence and verification framework
- Marketplace eligibility can be assessed separately
Certification + Marketplace
The direct path for sellers seeking certification and eligible Marketplace activation.
- Certification path
- Required marketplace verification
- Eligible listing activation
- 90-day marketplace period
- Direct buyer-to-owner connection
Sale Commission
The percentage TopicalAuthority.org takes from the agreed asset sale price under this marketplace model.
- No percentage success fee
- No marketplace markup on the asset price
- No commission that grows with transaction size
- Seller negotiates directly with buyer
The larger the sale, the commission stays at $0.
Certification and Marketplace activation are fixed service/access charges under the applicable path. They are separate from the asset purchase price. Independent escrow providers, payment processors, registrars, banks, currency-conversion services, legal advisers, tax advisers or other third parties may charge their own fees.
The listing can expire. Our commission stays at zero.
A 90-day Marketplace activation is a period of marketplace exposure — not a deadline by which your transaction must close. A buyer may discover your asset while the listing is active, begin discussions later, and complete the acquisition after the Marketplace activation has ended. TopicalAuthority.org does not convert that later transaction into a success fee.
The buyer can discover you here and acquire the asset later. We still take 0%.
The Marketplace activation determines how long the asset remains publicly distributed through the active marketplace listing. It does not create a trailing commission, success fee or percentage claim on a later sale merely because the buyer originally discovered the asset through TopicalAuthority.org.
Seller pays $500 for the Certification + Marketplace path, including the applicable verification process and 90-day Marketplace activation.
A buyer discovers the asset while its Marketplace activation is live and inspects the available asset record and evidence.
Buyer and seller begin discussing price, transfer scope, diligence and transaction terms directly.
The 90-day Marketplace activation expires. The seller chooses not to renew the public listing.
Buyer and seller independently agree on a hypothetical $120,000 transaction after the Marketplace activation has ended.
TopicalAuthority.org takes 0% of the agreed sale price under this marketplace model.
The expiration of Marketplace activation does not create a commission obligation. If a buyer discovered your asset through TopicalAuthority.org and the transaction closes after the listing expires, TopicalAuthority.org still takes 0% of the agreed sale price. Renewal is only for additional Marketplace exposure; it is not required to preserve a transaction already initiated between buyer and seller.
Submission to marketplace.
The sell-side workflow is designed to turn an unstructured seller claim into a defined asset record. Submission begins the process; it does not automatically create a public marketplace listing.
Provide the asset identity, URL, asset class, asking price in USD and seller contact.
Define content, audience, data, technology, economics, history and transfer scope.
Attach or identify evidence supporting material claims about the asset.
Asset fit, control, transferability and material claims pass the required verification gate before publication.
Only verified and accepted assets enter the Marketplace with a structured public asset record.
Define exactly what transfers.
A buyer should never have to guess whether the asking price includes only the website or also the domain, database, content rights, code, mailing list, social accounts, trademarks, analytics history or commercial relationships.

Zero commission refers to TopicalAuthority.org marketplace commission under this model. Independent escrow providers, payment processors, registrars, banks, currency-conversion services, legal advisers, tax advisers or other third parties may charge separate fees. Listing information and asset intelligence do not replace independent legal, financial, tax, intellectual-property or technical due diligence.
